This recipe is made with simple ingredients, comes together in seconds(especially if you have frozen fruit, which makes life so much easier), and is packed with vitamin K, potassium, vitamin C, calcium, and so much more that is just good for you.
1 cup of frozen mango pieces (about 10 ounces)
1 ripe banana cut into chunks
1 stalk celery
1 handful of spinach leaves
2 tablespoons of lime
1 cup of any liquid of your choice ( we used orange juice)
You can always replace any of these fruits with whatever you prefer.
Place all the ingredients in your blender and blend for 1-2 minutes or until the mixture is creamy. Add more liquid until you get your desired consistency. ENJOY!
